Terms & Conditions
- All room rates, charges, and fees are based on United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to 10% Service Charge plus a 17% Goods and Services Tax (GST). The GST is applied on rates and Service Charge combined.
- A green tax of USD 12 is applicable per person per night, for guests aged 2 years and above.
- Blackout dates may apply during major holidays, peak periods, and Festive/Easter seasons.
