Do you offer a dedicated wedding planner?

We do not offer a dedicated on-site event planner however; our team supports event coordination in collaboration with your planner/DMC and our on-property departments.

Are there indoor and outdoor venues available?

Yes, we offer both indoor and outdoor venues depending on group size and program flow. Please note that as we are in the mountains, outdoor events are weather dependent, and we require a tent or alternate indoor back-up option.

Yes, venues can be reserved exclusively for corporate events, subject to availability and applicable minimums/fees.
