One&Only Le Saint Géran Booking Terms

Rates

Room rates and fees are issued either in Euro (EUR), Pound (GBP) or US Dollars (USD) and inclusive of 15% VAT.

Rates, inclusions, and room occupancies are as stated in your confirmation and rates may be subject to change without notice.

A mandatory tourist tax of EUR 3 per person, per night is applicable for guests aged 12 years and above.

Payment guarantee policy

A valid credit card guarantee is required at time of booking and a reservation will be deemed confirmed after processing of all deposits and payments according to the below terms. The resort reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time.

Confirmation is also subject to receiving all guest names, particularly for multiple room bookings.

Payment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer. An online payment link is available for secure credit card payments and the card utilized for this (and all online bookings) must also be presented by the card holder upon check-in, accompanied by passport or ID verification.

RESORT

For travel period 11 January 2026 – 02 May 2026 and 1 October 2026 – 20 December 2026

  • Full payment is required no later than 21days prior to arrival.

For travel period 03 May 2026 – 30 September 2026

  • Full payment is required no later than 7 days prior to arrival.

For travel period 21 December 2026 – 09 January 2027

  • 50% payment of booked services must be settled upon booking confirmation.
  • Full and final payment is required no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Villa One

For travel period 11 January 2026 – 02 May 2026 and 1 October 2026 – 20 December 2026

  • If reserved more than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% non-refundable down payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.

  • If reserved within 60 days prior to arrival, 100% non-refundable down-payment is required.

For travel period 03 May 2026 – 30 September 2026

  • If reserved more than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% non-refundable down payment is required 30 days prior to arrival\
  • If reserved within 30 days prior to arrival, 100% non-refundable down-payment is required.

For Travel period 21 December 2026 – 09 January 2027

  • If reserved prior to 30 September 2026, 100% non-refundable down payment is required before 30 September 2026.
  • If reserved after 30 September 2026, 100% non-refundable down-payment is required.

Private Homes

For travel period 11 January 2026 – 2 May 2026 and 1 October 2026 – 20 December 2026

  • Full payment is required no later than 21 days prior to arrival

For travel period 3 May 2026 - 30 September 2026

  • Full payment is required no later than 7 days prior to arrival

For travel period 21 December 2026 – 9 January 2027

  • Full and final payment is required no later than 60 days prior to arrival

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to travel (or utilize the accommodation and services previously confirmed), cancellation fees may apply.

A change in the length of stay or dates of your reservation is subject to availability and may result in a rate change. A revision made to a booking may also constitute a cancellation. In case of shortened length of stay, the cancellation policy will apply for the cancelled nights. If a booking deposit must be refunded, please note that any credit card surcharge or currency fluctuation is unable to be refunded.

Cancellation, early departure, and no-show fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the client and will be charged accordingly as follows:

Resort

For travel period 11 January 2026 – 2 May 2026 and 1 October 2026 – 20 December 2026

  • Cancellations made 21 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty charge at the full rate for the entire duration of the stay.
  • A fee equivalent to 100% per night plus taxes for early departure applies. In the event of a no-show (i.e. if you neither make use of nor cancel your reservation), a fee equivalent to the value of the entire stay will be incurred.
  • Early departures or cancellations due to inclement weather are fully chargeable.

For travel period 03 May 2026 – 30 September 2026

  • Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty charge at the full rate for the entire duration of the stay.
  • A fee equivalent to 100% per night plus taxes for early departure applies. In the event of a no-show (i.e. if you neither make use of nor cancel your reservation), a fee equivalent to the value of the entire stay will be incurred.
  • Early departures or cancellations due to inclement weather are fully chargeable.

For travel period 21 December 2026 – 09 January 2027

  • Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty charge at the full rate for the entire duration of the stay.
  • A fee equivalent to 100% per night plus taxes for early departure applies. In the event of a no-show (i.e. if you neither make use of nor cancel your reservation), a fee equivalent to the value of the entire stay will be incurred.
  • Early departures or cancellations due to inclement weather are fully chargeable.

Villa One
For travel period 11 January 2026 – 2 May 2026 & 1 October 2026 – 20 December 2026

  • If cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of reserved room will be charged.
  • If cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of reserved room will be charged.
  • Early departures or cancellations due to inclement weather are fully chargeable

For travel period 03 May 2026 – 30 September 2026

  • If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of reserved room will be charged.
  • If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of reserved room will be charged.

For travel period 21 December 2026 – 09 January 2027

  • If cancelled before 30 September 2026, 50% of booked room will be charged.
  • If cancelled after 30 September 2026, 100% of booked room will be charged.

Private Homes

Travel Insurance
One&Only Le Saint Géran reserves the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical or personal matters, inclement weather, or other circumstances. It is recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance prior to confirmation and acceptance of terms, conditions, and cancellation policy.

Additional guests and children surcharges

Resort
Subject to the maximum occupancy applicable by room, the following applies for additional guests:

  • Infants under the age of 4 years – complimentary, including a cot if required.
  • Children under the age of 12 years – complimentary year-round, excluding Festive Season.
  • Children under the age of 12 years – a fee of EUR 200 per child per night applies from 21 December 2026 to 9 January 2027.
  • Guests aged 12 years and over – a fee of EUR 200 per person per night applies until 9 January 2027.

HALF-BOARD DINNER SUPPLEMENTS (excludes beverages)
Half-Board dinner supplements must be booked for the full duration of the stay and are available at La Terrasse, TAPASAKE, PRIME & RIVA during the below periods:

  • Per adult: EUR 115 per day

  • Per child 4-11 years: EUR 60 per day

From 3 May 2026 to 30 September 2026

CHRISTMAS EVE & NEW YEAR'S EVE GALA DINNER MANDATORY SUPPLEMENT

Christmas Eve Gala Dinner 24th December 2026:

  • Per Adult: EUR 300 per day

  • Per Child 4-11 years: EUR 150 per day

  • Per Infant 0-3 years old: Complimentary

New Year's Eve Gala Dinner 31st December 2026:

  • Per Adult: EUR 530 per day

  • Per Child 4-11 years: EUR 265 per day

  • Per Infant 0-3 years old: Complimentary

Arrival and departure

Check-in time
14:00 hours/2.00pm. Earlier access is subject to availability on day of arrival.


Check-out time
12:00 hours/ noon. For guests requiring a later check-out, a fee equal to 50% of the room rate is applicable up to 18:00 hours/6.00pm and a full night’s rate is required after this time.

Other information

Group Bookings
A maximum of four rooms may be booked through the website. Please ensure you provide full names for each room, otherwise the duplicate name reservation may be cancelled. Please email reservations@oneandonlylesaintgeran.com for reservations of five rooms or more.

Smoking
All indoor areas, public areas and restaurants are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor terrace of a guest accommodation and on the outdoor terrace of bars.

Minimum Age
There must be at least one guest of minimum 18 years of age, with a valid credit card in their name, present upon check-in. This guest must be holding the payment for the travelling party against this credit card.

Rate Changes
Please be advised that service charges, fees and taxes are subject to change at any time without prior notice and One&Only Le Saint Geran reserves the right to introduce these in accordance with law. The prevailing tax rates at the time of stay will be charged, along with the introduction of any new fees or taxes.

One&Only Le Saint Géran reserves the right to cancel a stay at a time prior to scheduled departure. In this event a refund will be issued of accommodation pre-payments.
